TallyGenicom/Printronix announces the end of life of the 7000 Series family of thermal printers, options and consumables. Lower sales volume of these products have made it uneconomical to continue these printers in the product line, where our focus is on higher performance, higher value products.

End of Life: MTP4P/MTP4R Mobile Printers
TallyGenicom/Printronix announces the end of life of the MTP4P/MTP4R family of thermal mobile printers, options and consumables effective with the depletion of current inventory. Lower sales volume of these products have made it uneconomical to continue these printers in the product line, where our focus is on higher performance, higher value products.
Should you need additional quantities of these products, they are available as the Zebra RW420 series; these printers are widely distributed and generally available. Options and consumables are also generally available; Zebra thermal paper, part number LD-R4KN5B is the direct replacement for the consumable LD-T4AJ5B being supplied by TallyGenicom.
For printers sold by TallyGenicom, warranty and service coverage will continue as normal.
Please note that the MIP480 Impact Mobile printer will continue to be available from TallyGenicom/Printronix. The MIP480 is the highest performing mobile impact printer available today – further info on this printer is available at www.tallygenicom.com.
