A completely redesigned TallyGenicom Web site is now live.  The user experience, friendly navigation and search were critical elements in this design.  Fashioned after the award winning http://www.printronix.com/ site, the TallyGenicom site continues the traditions of offering the customer a one-stop information portal for all things TallyGenicom.

We focused on improving the user experience by enhancing navigation and incorporating Web 2.0 tools. The TallyGenicom newsletter now is available through RSS feeds. The site hosts a "learn from the expert" feature, showcasing our industry knowledge that also is available via RSS. In addition, the site offers intuitive search and “share it" features,
which allow users to print or e-mail the page.

Partner Toolbox

TallyGenicom partners still can access the Partner Toolbox from the Web site. The Partner Toolbox allows partners with a log in to access the latest pricing, order supplies, check the status of orders and request service easily. In addition, partners can learn about the printers they sell in the TallyGenicom University and then take a product knowledge test.
